"I purchased my 19th Harley on November 1, 2008 from Devin Nier, and it was one of my best buying experiences of all my bikes. Working with both Devin and Chris, as well as the people in parts and service was a totally customer oriented deal. I traveled about 300 miles to pick up my bike, but it was worth it. My dad lives in Woodruff and I go up to see him often, so I will definitely be back for parts or service or just to drop them off some more donuts and say hi!! I would recommend them to all my riding friends and anyone else who asks how they are. They get two thumbs up from me, any dealer can sell you a bike, but we all want good service after the sale and Northern Lights will give that to you. Just to let everyone know, I'm 57 so I have seen some good dealers and some that really sucked. These guys are A+, I will return."

"After purchasing my Road Kind (used) i noticed a small oil drip showing up on the floor in my garage. I took it in and it needed a new primary gasket. They scheduled me for an appointment and took care of the problem with no hassles and no charge. Thats the way to back your product! Very pleased with the sales and service experiences. "My wife Pam and I were on vacation in northern Wisconsin, a ride we do alomost every year when Pam had a flat. It was late in the day but we were fortunate to have her bike towed to Northern Lights in the middle of one of your Wednesday bike night cook outs. Jimmy, in service, volunteered to stay late and fix it so we could be on our way but not before we enjoyed more of your hospitality with food and friendship.
